Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MonetAura (the "Service"), operated by Isaias Metlich ("MonetAura", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What MonetAura does

MonetAura is a software-as-a-service product that helps independent content creators — primarily in the health, wellness and professional services niche — plan their monthly content, design monetization offers (digital products, services, landing pages, lead magnets) and analyze their audience using AI-assisted briefs and analytics based on their own Instagram metrics.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have the right and authority to connect any third-party account (such as Instagram or Facebook) you choose to integrate.
  • You must not be barred from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for safeguarding your Google account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your MonetAura account. Notify us immediately at hola@monetaura.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Plans, pricing and billing

Some features are available on a free tier; others require a paid subscription. Current pricing is published on monetaura.com. Founding-cohort rates, if offered, are honored for the duration stated at signup. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are at our discretion unless required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law, third-party right or the terms of any platform you connect (including Meta's Platform Terms).
  • Connect an Instagram or Facebook account that you are not authorized to access.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, decompile or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
  • Use the Service to spam, harass, defraud or harm any individual or group.
  • Use the Service to generate content that infringes intellectual property, defames any person, or violates content policies of the platforms where you publish.
  • Interfere with, probe or stress-test the Service's infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Your content

You retain all rights to the inputs you submit and the outputs MonetAura generates on your behalf ("Your Content"). You grant MonetAura a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service and providing it to you. You represent that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights.

7. AI-generated outputs

MonetAura uses third-party large language models (currently Anthropic Claude) to generate briefs, post drafts, landing-page copy, calendar plans and similar artifacts. These outputs are produced algorithmically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your specific context. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving any output before publishing it, especially anything that constitutes medical, legal, financial, nutritional or therapeutic advice. MonetAura is a productivity tool, not a licensed professional, and outputs are not professional advice.

8. Instagram and Facebook integration

When you connect your Instagram Business or Creator account through Facebook Login for Business, you authorize MonetAura to access the data described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of any data accessed from Meta is additionally governed by Meta's terms (including the Meta Platform Terms and Instagram's Terms of Use). You may revoke MonetAura's access at any time by clicking "Disconnect" inside the app or by removing MonetAura under Facebook Business Integrations.

9. Intellectual property

The MonetAura name, brand, logo, website, software and aggregate product design are owned by Isaias Metlich. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription.

10. Third-party services

The Service interoperates with third-party services (Meta, Google, Anthropic, Apify, Stripe, Vercel, Railway, Cloudflare). We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of these services, and their use is governed by their own terms.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR USE CASE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONETAURA AND ITS OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO MONETAURA IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MonetAura, its operator and affiliates from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

16. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
